Information you provide
If you subscribe or contact us, you may provide an email address and message content. Newsletter subscriptions are processed by our email service provider and are subject to that provider's privacy practices. We use subscriber information to send requested messages and administer the list.
Analytics and affiliate links
Google Analytics loads only after you choose "Allow analytics." When enabled, it helps us understand page use, file downloads, and outbound retailer clicks. Affiliate retailers receive standard request information when you follow their links and may apply their own cookies or tracking under their policies.
Cookies and storage
We store your analytics choice and interface preferences in your browser. You can reopen "Analytics choices" from the footer at any time. Third-party services may use their own storage after you visit or enable them.
Your choices
You can decline analytics, change your choice from the footer, unsubscribe using the link in newsletter messages, block browser storage, or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing contact@newgiftsandgadgets.com. We will verify requests as appropriate before acting.
Retention and sharing
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations, or dispute prevention. We do not claim to sell subscriber email addresses. Service providers may process information for hosting, analytics, email delivery, or site operations under their own terms.
